Work Positive CI tool produces a range of reports containing useful feedback.
Work Stressors reports
The Work stressor questions review work demands, roles, relationships, control, change and support.
The Work Stressors questions do not indicate there is a problem; rather, they indicate the presence of conditions that may lead to a problem. Your results will be coloured coded, indicating the requirement for action. You will need to share and discuss results and other data collected with employees. Then explore any issues raised in more detail. Click here for more information on Work Stressors reports.
Psychological Wellbeing
A combination of two validated tools - the PHQ4, a screening tool for psychological distress and the WHO-5 Well-being Index – are combined in the Wellbeing measure. Results may indicate potential issues for employees, regardless of work climate. Health promotion efforts can tackle these. Click here for more information on this wellbeing index.
Critical incidents
This section may not be relevant to all employees.
A critical incident is defined as an event out of the range of normal experience. It is sudden and unexpected and may make you lose control. It involves the perception of a threat to life and may include elements of physical or emotional loss (World Health Organisation). The survey contains critical incident questions exploring the frequency and scale of critical incidents employees encounter in their role, and the types of support that may be most helpful.
